Booking and Cancellation Policy

Online booking is required and is mandatory. Credit card information is captured by Jane scheduling system in order to book an appointment.

48 hour cancellation notice is required.

Clients who cancels less than 48 hours or are “no show” for their booked appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Clients who does not show up for their booked consultations will be charged a $100 penalty fee.

When you book an appointment it means you agree to all the policies in placed.

Late Policy

If you are a couple of minutes late for your appointment, please take note that this time will be deducted from your treatment time. For example, if you booked for an 1 hour and 15 minutes facial and is 30 minutes late, you will only be receiving a 45 minute facial instead. This is to ensure that clients after you will be serviced in time. Thanks for understanding.

Promo/Sales Policy

Only one promo/sales price can be redeemed per treatment.
$10 client referral fee only applies when referred client booked and completed their treatment.

Payments

Method of Payment
I accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
No manual credit card entry to terminal machine.

Receipts are only provided via email or text. Paper receipts are not available. 

Taxes
Clients must pay 13% tax on all purchases and products.

COVID-19 POLICY

Clients must wear a face mask before coming to their appointment.

Clients must sanitize hands before entering the treatment room. Sanitizer will be provided.

During verbal consultations, clients must have their masks on. Mask will be off during the facial.

Clients should minimize talking during the facial procedure.

Clients should wear a mask again after the procedure (Preferably a new and clean mask).

Clients should not bring guests during their appointment. Only the client will be permitted in the treatment room.

Clients who arrive early for their appointment should wait in the car until it is time for their appointment.

Reschedule your appointment if you are ill.
If you are feeling unwell and if you have active flu like symptoms such as cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, headache and etc, please wait until your symptoms are gone to reschedule.
